In short: when you ask for a quote or book a clean we collect your name, contact details and postcode, purely to arrange and deliver your service.
Quotes and bookings. When you send our quote form or contact us by phone or email, we collect your name, phone number, email address and postcode or address. We use this information to prepare your quote, arrange and deliver your service, communicate with you about your booking, and issue invoices. The legal basis is contract: this data is necessary to take the steps you have asked for and to fulfil our agreement with you.
Payments. We accept cash, bank transfer and card. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our systems. The legal basis is contract.
Business records. We keep records of bookings and payments for accounting and tax purposes. The legal basis is legal obligation.
Cookies & Tracking
In short: our website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you see no cookie banner.
Our website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking technologies. There is nothing for you to accept or decline, which is why the site has no cookie banner.
If we introduce analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Who We Share Data With
In short: we never sell your data. A small number of trusted providers help us run things: our form delivery service, our website host, and our email provider.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent needed:
- Form delivery (Web3Forms): when you submit the quote form, its contents are passed to our form delivery provider, which emails them to us.
- Website hosting and security (Cloudflare): our website is served through Cloudflare's network, which processes visitor connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
- Email: our email is handled by our email hosting provider, so messages you send us are stored there.
- Payment processing: card payments are handled by our payment provider under their own privacy policy.
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA by these providers, appropriate safeguards are required to be in place.
How Long We Keep Your Data
In short: booking and payment records are kept up to 6 years for HMRC. Simple enquiries that never become bookings are not kept long.
